- 91-200 – Fluid Packing Kit
* Please note that the “ZZ” (Zinc Model) automatic spray guns will not use the standard 91-200 fluid packing kit found in this maintenance kit. Please purchase the following items separately if you have one of these models:
- 91-023-D – Delrin® Fluid Packing Nut
- AFS-1303 – Graphite Packing (Zinc Compatibale) – replaces 91-139/5
* Please note that the “57UL” (Ultralight) automatic spray gun will use the 91-023-D (Delrin® fluid packing nut in place of the stainless steel one that is included in the maintenance kit.
*Additional common wear items include AFS-1422 (O-Ring, needle packing 10 pack replaces UH-1405/10) & AFS-1423 (guide, needle packing 2 pack replaces 91-202/2) – 1 O-Ring & 1 guide included in 91-200 kit.
Repair kits typically contain any seals, gaskets, O-rings and springs for a given spray gun model. The Air Cap, Fluid Nozzle & Delrin Needle Tips are sold separately. Please review the spray gun diagram to see all items contained in the repair kit.
