The Apollo E7000 ECO Series nozzle sets are for the following Apollo HVLP manual turbine spray gun models listed below:
- Apollo Model E7000 ECO Series Non-Bleed Spray Guns
- Apollo Model E7050 ECO Series Non-Bleed Spray Guns
- Apollo Model E7200 ECO Series Non-Bleed Spray Guns
The nozzle sets are a 3-piece set that include the fluid needle, fluid nozzle and air cap for each size. Select your nozzle set based on the material viscosity that you are looking to spray.

- Nozzle sets are available in 1.0 mm, 1.3 mm & 1.8 mm sizes
- Three piece set (needle, nozzle & air cap) for a given size
- Fluid nozzle & needle are stainless steel
- Air cap is an anodized aluminum

- Air Cap (anodized aluminum)
1.0 mm (Nozzle Set) – Thin viscosity materials
1.3 mm (Nozzle Set) – Medium viscosity materials
1.8 mm (Nozzle Set) – Thick viscosity materials
Please note that you can change the nozzle set in your spray gun to match the type of material viscosity that you want to spray. When changing the nozzle set, the fluid nozzle and needle need to match in size to ensure that the spray gun doesn’t leak. In addition, the appropriate air cap will also need to be used to ensure the right fit and produce the proper atomization and fan pattern.
