The RapidAir Maxline semi flexible aluminum air pipe for compressed air systems comes in a 300 ft rolls. This commercial grade tubing is great for industrial applications where direct burial, in wall or on wall installation is required or where corners or obstructions are an issue. Maxline is lightweight, easy to install and corrosion free!
This item does not qualify for free freight and must ship via truck (LTL).
Description
Specifications:
- Maintains shape after bending up to 200 psi
- Bend radius for the ½” size Maxline tubing is 4-6”, the bend radius for the ¾” size Maxline tubing is 6-8”, the bend radius for the 1” size Maxline tubing is 10-12” & the bend radius for the 2” size Maxline tubing is 36-48”
- HDPE/Aluminum core multi-layer tubing
- Tubing is rated for compressed air, inert gas and vacuum
- Maximum operating working pressure 200 psi @ 73°F, 160 psi @ 140°F
- Temperature range – 40°F to 140°F
- Semi flexible air pipe sizes: ½“, ¾", 1" & 2" inside diameter
- 300 ft roll
- Conforms to ASTM F1282
- Fire resistant to flammability standard UL94HB
- OSHA compliant
- Accepts the Maxline nickel plated brass compression fittings
- Modular (modify/expand system ANYTIME, even after install)
- Tubing is compatible with common compressor oils
- Can be used for direct burial, in wall or on wall installation (can be buried underground or in concrete)
- For outside installation, cover or paint the tubing and fittings to protect from direct sunlight (UV rays)
- Beveling tool & cutter included
