The RapidAir FastPipe rigid aluminum air pipe products are offered in both ¾” and 1” size Master Kits depending on your air requirements. The FastPipe Kit offers a great solution for compressed air needs where the layout involves minimal obstructions and a professional look is desired. In addition, it is also beneficial when there is a need for multiple air users in a shop or building. It is recommended for on wall or hanging installation applications.

Rigid Aluminum Piping
- Rigid aluminum piping
- Alloy 6063-T5
- Seamless extruded to ASTMB241
- Piping is rated for compressed air, inert gas and vacuum
- ¾” or 1” size kits (inside diameter)
- 7 ft. 6 in. or 19 ft. 8 in. pipe lengths available based on kit
- Maximum operating working pressure 190 psi @ 70°F
- Temperature range 0°F to 140°F
- Piping is compatible with common compressor oils
- Powder coated outside & clear anodized inside
- For outside installation, cover or paint the nylon fittings to protect from direct sunlight (UV rays), pipe is ok
Fittings – ¾” to 2” size
- Compression style
- Nylon with fiberglass reinforcement
- O-Ring seal, Nitrile
- Bite ring is stainless steel

- 100 ft. of ½” FastPipe is capable of processing 30 cfm with less than 10 psi pressure drop
- 100 ft. of ¾” FastPipe is capable of processing 90 cfm and 300 ft. will process 30 cfm with less than 10 psi pressure drop
- Smooth inner surface provides less pressure drop and is more efficient

Installation:
- Cut the pipe
- Deburr the inside and outside of pipe end
- Spray the pipe end with soapy water
- Insert the pipe into the fitting
- Tighten the fitting with the spanner wrenches
