The C.A. Technologies H2O Air Assist Airless spray system is a stainless steel 14:1 ratio pump for production fine finish spraying of wood or other fine finish applications and is 100% made in the US. The H2O-B14 AAA pump system offers air assisted airless technology which combines airless and conventional or HVLP air atomization technologies to produce a very soft yet highly atomized spray pattern suitable for fine finish and high production work. The soft spray pattern has minimal over-spray and results in excellent material transfer efficiency. The H2O AAA units come standard with larger fluid passages and an Opti-tip to help reduce micro bubbling, one of the problems associated with spraying waterborne coatings. The H2O equipment is labeled “H2O” for this application so customers will not confuse the solvent based and water based units in their shops.

- Lightweight Bobcat AAA-HVLP gun with .011" tip at 40° angle pre-atomizing opti-tip designed for water base finishes (other tip sizes available)
- 25 ft Air & Fluid Hose Set with 3/16” I.D. Fluid Hose & ¼” I.D. Air Hose to handle thicker water based materials
- Larger ½” I.D. material pick-up tube to offer less “turbulence” when spraying water based products (Flexible 5 gallon length with replaceable nylon inlet filter)
- Optional 55 gallon pick-up tube available for larger applications
- Optional hopper feed setup available for smaller applications

Please note that the H20 AAA outfits include a pre-atomizing fine finish opti-tip (36-XXX-F), 100 mesh gun handle filter, 1/2" material pick-up tube and larger 3/16" fluid hose to handle thicker water based materials. The maximum operational air pressure of this HVLP spray gun is 20 psi.
