The LYNX 100H (L100H) is an industrial general purpose Low CFM HVLP air spray gun. The L100H is unique in that it offers a wide range of nozzles that will function with small compressors (2 HP) such as spray dyes, spray stains, topcoats and primers. Other air caps are available for breaking up high solid materials. The L100H has 100% stainless steel fluid passages making it a perfect choice to apply solvent or water base industrial, wood or automotive finishes from a pressurized cup or pressure tank. It also offers a lightweight and rugged construction which makes the L100H a great spray gun for onsite or production applications. This versatile spray gun provides a “Class A” finish that can be counted on!

- The L100H HVLP Pressure Feed Spray Gun CAT Packs include two air caps (1090 – 6 cfm & 1094 - 13 cfm) along with several different needle and nozzle sizes (0.8 mm, 1.3 mm & 1.7 mm), multi-purpose wrench, needle packing wrench, cleaning brush and your choice of no cup (Smart Pack), for use with an existing 2 Qt. remote cup or pressure tank, an aluminum 1 Qt. pressure feed cup with regulator or the 3M PPS Cup System 850 ml pressure feed cup (liners and lids sold seperately) with regulator all contained in a handy carrying case.
- Nozzle sets ranging from 0.5 mm – 1.7 mm
- Air Inlet - 1/4” NPS (m)
- Fluid Inlet – 3/8” NPS (m)
- Weight – 20 oz.
- Required atomizing air pressure may vary as required by air cap (15 psi - 33 psi)
- Required atomizing air volume is 6 – 22.5 cfm dependent on the air cap
- The air volume requirement (CFM) is dependent on Air Cap (21-1090 Low CFM air cap requires 6 cfm @ 15 psi)
