The C.A. Technologies Automatic Bobcat Air Assist Airless (AAA) gun is designed for automatic spraying of plastics, wood and metal finishing. Features include a revolutionary needle design that simplifies the removal of the needle out of the back of the gun body without breaking down the spray gun. It also offers stainless steel fluid passages for working with solvent or water base coatings. The gun circulates very close to the tip to minimize material settling. The Auto BOBCAT is designed for being a direct replacement for existing competitor’s guns with virtually no changes in mounting block or hardware. Its superior atomization is achieved with the precise geometry of the airless tip and HVLP air cap, giving you the finest finish possible.

- Air Atomization Inlet – 1/4" NPT (f)
- Fluid Inlet – 1/4" NPS (m)
- Trigger Cylinder Inlet – 1/8" NPT (f)
- Weight – 20 oz.
- Requires 6 CFM
- Manual fan width adjustment
- The standard tip is .011 X 40° angle, other tip sizes are available (available sizes from .007 to .021 with angles from 20° to 80°)
- Optional Cefla® air manifold block upon request.

- This is an excellent atomizing spray gun that will provide a “class A” finish quality
- Fast production speeds with +65% transfer efficiency making it a very efficient spray gun
- The Bobcat provides better than 30% fan pattern width adjustment giving you added versatility on any project
- When the spray gun inlet air pressure is under 24 psi the air pressure coming out of the HVLP air cap on the front of the spray gun is less than 10 psi.

For more detailed information on the spray gun such as parts, setup & maintenance, please review the part sheet. Repair kit is part # 10-145 and soft seal repair kit is part # 10-144.
Solvent & Water Base Coating Applications - Chart
The tips best suited for water-based coatings are the opti-tip series (ex. 36-XXX-F) with the "F" connotation after the tip part #. They incorporate a pre-orifice to double shear the water-base coating which assists in a finer atomization.
